However, on Philippine Airline's website, it says "International transit passengers are not allowed to go out of the terminal if there is no stopover indicated in the ticket." Does this mean I wouldn't be able to leave the airport during my long layover?
Did you take this flight yet? Were you able to leave the airport? I have a similar layover in Terminal 2 (the worst of the 3) next week.
