I got an email from LH stating I could use late-night check-in at Heathrow for a flight I’m taking Sunday morning.
I was sceptical about checking in vs. dropping bags, so I used live chat to clarify.
The answer from LH is that whilst I can check-in at the airport the night before, I have to drop my bags off on the day of the flight.

This sounds pointless and mental! With OLCI it’s completely redundant too.

Anyone have experience of this, is the live chat agent mistaken?
