Breakfast in lounge is the business. Breakfast for diamond folks with be in Theo Randalls ... also solid if a little chaotic. The environment is nice but staff and service not so polished as on 7. But the delivered product? More than good enough. For diamonds I'd say it's a very good offer.

That said, I have not seen the menu and do not know if there are 'payable exceptions'. On stays at IC's (not ICPL) I like to try the all day dinners even if having lounge and RA and I'm noticing a trend towards breakfast and then 'breakfast plus' where some items incur an extra cost. It could be worth emailing the hotel and asking for a pdf of the breakfast menu in Theo's to avoid any nasty surprises.
