A slightly better stay than in last May. 3 nights last week. Reservation was for three people queen exec balcony and queen exec suite. Did call the previous day and ask about early arrival. Was promised the rooms at 11 AM. When at check-in (through a tobacco stub infested front yard) at 11:10, the computer said again no. For that I replied not being happy and expected them to keep the promises. And were given queen exec suite from the 9th floor and a small upgrade, a canal suite from the 6th floor. This time the key cards worked well for the entire stay. The hotel information and menus were to be looked through QR codes in own phones. The lounge was not congested in any of the evenings. Had also one evening a marvelous steak dinner at the downstairs restaurant. Service in the SkyBar was friendly, although costly also. After checkout the bill was emailed promptly. 4 stars deserved!
