2. You cannot get a e-BP for international flights out of India. The airlines has to do a document check when you're checking in
3. You probably will be able to use the transit desk facilities at the airport to get your BP. I'm almost sure that that's reopened.... but 2 hours is again risky
4. As you mentioned you have an Indian Visa - that is a must since Uzbekistan Airways will have to ensure you have one to allow you to board the flight
Yes, land at 4:40 a.m., departure flight is at 7:00 a.m., so 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Is there a business class priority line for immigration to go through back through security if I'm required to do that? Or do I got through the regular visa line or a different evisa line or can I choose whichever line is shorter? Obviously, if my time is limited, I don't want to stand in the wrong line only to make it to the front and be told to get in another line. Ideally, I'll avoid all the immigration lines and do a direct transit.
Am I correct that I won't be permitted through transit security unless I go to the transit desk first? I haven't found much info on where the transit desk is located in DEL, I assume it will be clearly marked?
