The international terminal has two concourses, A and G, which are not connected to each other. You didn't say which airline your international flight is, but assuming since you are coming in at E/F that you are connecting to a UA or Star Alliance partner flight, that will be out of G and you will not have to clear security again. Maybe 15-20 minutes in the worst case if you come in at the tip of F and are going to the tip of G? Also depending on walking speed.
