I renewed my membership (via PerksPlus points redemption) for a February 28 expiration date -- I think I renewed it in January but might have been late December -- and despite the PerksPlus rep [who I'm pretty sure is the one of the same two reps who have always handled my redemptions] saying that I should have a new card in 4-6 weeks one has never come -- I assumed that the UC cards had gone the way of the physical elite cards so never followed up, particularly since the BP scan is what gets you into the club anyways...
