Don't believe any of this rubbish written on Skytrax. Even if English is not your main language, it will take you no less than 3 minutes to see that this trash is written by the same two or three people. Same goes for all their airline reviews. On the other hand I have never been to BER airport, I would take the train if I'm going to Berlin these days. But with the ludicrous mess, worthy of some joke banana republic country, the construction of the airport turned out to be, then it does not surprise me if it's awful.
