BTW, UC rules state there is a fee to get a replacement card ...
I specifically asked for a UA Club (membership) card. My elite status was never mentioned other than “golds and above do not get a card”. None of the agents mentioned a replacement fee.

Datapoints from those who HAVE received UA Club cards are helpful but in view of the agent telling me “golds and above do not get a card”, those datapoints would be significantly more helpful if the author(s) included their status level.
