Was offered $350 credit in July, offered only $100 yesterday on Business Platinum. Was going to to close anyway. One can only shop at Dell so much.

2 days ago I closed an old biz gold due to no offer. Today I chatted about a plat biz for same P1. Almost $100k spend in the last 12 months. Was given a run down of the benefits. I said most are too hard to use and others I have from alternate cards.
After waiting for eons I was told the only offer is $100 credit (same as for P2 2 days ago). Told them I have no problem moving that spend over to Chase as they seem to not value my business so they said they'll increase the credit amount. But after waiting a long time yet again they came back and apologized that there's no increase and $100 is max.
I will use up all my credits and offers and close the card in a few days. Can always get a new one with a NLL application and at least get a hefty SUB for that hefty annual fee.
