I moved my points over to Qatar Avios, selected my flights with Avios+cash. Once I get to the payment screen, I put in my information and I see the transaction pop up on my AmEx.
The Qatar website then displays a blue banner that says "Need Form of Payment". I can see a 'confirmed' booking on my app/website but I never get an email etc.

I tried calling them but they tell me to rebook on the website. They have been dismissive and unhelpful for the most part. They also say that they won't book it or take my payment on the phone because of the Avios. Rinse and repeat. They have also had me put in a ticket on their site but that has been days with no response.

No one answered if they had gotten it solved.

Has anyone had this or found a workaround?
