- What is your ALL status? Platinum

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Very happy and impressed

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Deluxe room, got a one category upgrade to the highest category - Junior Suite

- How are the rooms? Junior Suite is amazing! Recently renovated, looks nothing like the old Novotel rooms. Spacious bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate shower, two washbasins. All the bathroom amenities, including dental kits. Individual toiletries (not dispensers), the classic Novotel kind. Bed a bit hard, but comfortable. A separate living room with a huge TV, a table with flowers on it. But most important of all: even though it was 40 degrees outside, the room was never hot! On the contrary, it was always cool, even with the A/C off. We actually rarely turned it on. I was very very impressed!

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
- beautiful Junior suite with terrific A/C
- good location in Sevilla, next to an underground stop and several bus stops (one of which is for the airport line)
- great breakfast
- nice staff
- check-in was very efficient, everything was prepared, it took less than a minute (which I was thankful for as it was past midnight)
- great rooftop pool and a rooftop bar with reasonable prices (8 EUR for a cocktail, for example)

Bad:
- nothing, I loved all of it

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No lounge, but on one night there was a special cocktail offer at the rooftop bar - 2 for 1 for members of ALL, which I thought was a nice gesture

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Welcome drink voucher for 2. It says on the voucher that it excludes wines (!), however, the bartender himself offered us sangria and it was excellent. Welcome amenity was a Novotel branded water bottle, a very nice change from fruit and chocolates, I thought.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? I booked it during the Summer offer, so it was 25% off. Only 110 EUR a night, including breakfast, I'd say that's fantastic value for money, especially when you get a suite. But even without the discount it's still good value for money. I would certainly return and recommend it to everybody!
