I spent 90 minutes waiting for customer service on the phone today.
I thought one problem might be UA has my middle initial and Choice doesn't.
Still took 30 minutes on the phone, and at the end only resulted in an "escalation."
The agent seemed competent but said she could not get the 5000 for 2000 offer on her screen even though she knew it existed.
At first she said the problem was due to system maintenance, but I told her this has been an ongoing problem for 2 weeks.
