Changing worldtracer info for missing bags?

ETA: unable to fix this on WT. Went to YOW and lovely AC baggage people closed out the original report, then opened 2 new ones, one for each passenger. The staff were 100% calm, competent, and service-oriented. Very happy with the result.

_______

How do I correct WorldTracer passenger info and forwarding address?

Flew HER-ATH-YUL-YOW on Aegean/AC on 8/2. Y for HER-ATH, then J (paid ticket, booked through AC). I was traveling with a family member on an extended visit to the Homeland, and we each had 2 checked bags.

Evidently the Aegean “Quick Transfer” tags on our bags did not have magical powers. 3 of 4 bags missed the first connection and are still in Athens (AirTags, confirmed by AC on arrival in YOW). One missing bag was hers, the other two mine.

I filed a missing bag report with AC at YOW. However, although I asked the agent to file separate reports for each of us, he put all three under one report with the same name and forwarding addresses. I did not realize this until I checked WorldTracer this morning 8/4.

I’m traveling again on 8/5, AC YOW-YYZ-DEN (my home), while my family member will remain at her home in Ottawa. Bags are still in Athens (AirTags), and I think it’s unlikely they will make the flight today.

I think I need to split the WT record into 2 records, her bag and my bags, with different names and forwarding addresses. I tried to change this info in WT and could not.

suggestions please: Try to change via email within WT? Go back to YOW today and speak with baggage agent? Something else? (The agent did tell me to not even bother calling the AC baggage line, “useless”)

thanks
