So, each account is good for 1 one-way business class from New York to Paris. If I were to book one kid on one account without an adult, would that give me an issue as they might think the kid is traveling alone? If so, how do I go about booking this trip without having to call?
so people outside of your family are willing to use their miles for your family?
There is a Flying Blue Family system where you can consolidate the miles of your family members. You can also add the miles of your relatives but then they are technical part of your Flying Blue family in the future.

additionally it is risky to book award tickets from different accounts. Because when you would book 3 seats from account A doesn’t mean the remaining seat is still available and if it is still available then it might be for a higher fare. It is very risky.
ideally you would have help from AF/KL to book these tickets. Minimum fare from JFK to CDG is 55.000 miles but doesn’t mean automatically there are 4 seats available for 55.000 miles. Often only 2 seats and then the fare goes up. That’s my experience.
