I want to change an Aeroplan booking flight, so figured I could change it online in My Bookings. Not so! Must call 800 number. Called 800 number, entered Aeroplan number when prompted. Then: "Due to longer than normal wait times, we regret that we cannot put you on hold"...followed by recorded message about Covid policies, then French version of same, then....hung up on me.

So...I guess that's that? "No changes for you"?
