I have a flight coming up in a couple of weeks ORD-CDG.
I feel like this menu was around 2019 or maybe 2020? Does anyone have pictures/recommendations for Braised short trip or Red Snapper?
I’m leaning towards short rib but I think one time it was substituted with well done steak instead and wasn’t good. But I remember when I got a short rib on the other flight it was pretty decent. Here is the menu:
