Actually, you did in THIS post. I thought you were referring to the printed copy of the long document that is linked in the Wikipost. I find the PDF version very difficult to use, and appreciate the printed one. In any event, I don't understand what the disagreement is about. Capital One is expanding the market for travel cards by producing a product that's sufficiently distinctive that there are questions. That's why people come here, as well as to Facebook. I think it's a good thing, because when I have to explain something to others my own understanding is enhanced.
