Well to answer my own question, went for LCY-DUB-LHR with a 2.5hr turnaround, so will probably just hole up in the lounge. Not technically a B2B, but only cost about £100, which is very cheap for anything anywhere in the next month or so.
And if the LHR return is cancelled (given the ongoing issues there) then I'll get the value of the voucher I used back in cash and have a think if I want to try again...
