I'm not sure this even really looks like that - there are a few photos up on TripAdvisor now including of a room. It certainly doesn't match the renderings above, more a generic four star all inclusive resort. Comparing it to the other big international chain hotels on Corfu in that category (e.g. Angsana Corfu, Domes Miramare) I don't think the comparison looks particularly flattering.
