Sadly the whole process will be a lot longer than this, so prepare yourself.

My case applied in late February was finally awarded (in my favour) last week. The airline will ask for extensions, and CEDR will probably give and in turn require extensions. I assume BA's underhand current practice of immediate refusal is putting too many cases over to CEDR ...
