Hi guys. I am having a bit of an issue with my EU comp claim. BA have rejected citing 'operational reason' but have refused to be specific on the actual cause. CEDR tell me I need a final statement with an actual explanation. Unsure of what to do here. Anyone been through this process recently or know of someone useful I can email? The guy replying to me a call-centre guy based in New Delhi.
