So in any case, you need to be patient. It took them one month to ask confirmation I was entitled to claim money on behalf of my infanf (same booking), so clearly ils jouent la montre...
I don't know the exact reason for this cancellation but ORY was operating on 7th July, for instance AF7356 to Algiers, UX1028 to Madrid or TP453 to Porto took off more on less on time around the time LH2213 was scheduled, weren't it cancelled. That doesn't mean there were no restrictions imposed onto LH (strike limited to their ground handler,...), but they will eagerly let you know that should they deny your claim.
