Looking at Flightradar24, TC-JNN is operating the late flight today. The aircraft didn’t get to Istanbul to operate the flight to Bangkok until 04:10 because it was operating the flight from Seoul to Istanbul (which was on-time) - so I’m guessing there was no suitable aircraft in Istanbul during the middle of the night when the BKK flight was supposed to leave.
Interestingly, the outbound flight from Istanbul to Seoul was several hours late because the aircraft was being used on a flight to Frankfurt which was more or less on-time.
