I have a stay here planned for this coming Friday, was originally at Hilton puckrup hall but whilst staying here in Devon we decided on a beach day in Bournemouth instead and a stay here purely for the great spa to use before dinner.
After much discussion up thread about the charge / no charge for diamonds I can confirm there is now a £65 pp entry fee during the day and £39 pp free in the evening as I’ve been in contact with the hotel via the message service.
Personally I think this is a lot for the facilities and if it wasn’t for the fact it’s my lady’s birthday I would cancel out of principal.
It annoys me that the hotel claimed there has always been a charge for diamond members , I was quite quick to point out that this was definitely not the case.
I’ve booked a king guest room and not been upgraded yet but it’s still early…… will report back!
