How can I know the reason why they cancelled the ORY MUN? What would you do if you were in my shoes?
I understand they are hard for sending compensation, but if my claim is regular, I am ready to fight.
I would have asked them as soon as the cancellation came through & i would have told them a 7 hour layover in MUC was not ok.
