- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Luxury, got Luxury. I had a second multi-night stay booked through a third party travel agent starting immediately after my stay booked through Accor and I was able to stay in the same room while I was supposed to get a Superior Room.

- How are the rooms? Room was well maintained and modern

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
* Arrived early, I could have gotten a room with a courtyard view, but decided to wait to get a room with a view of the Place Jourdan in front of the hotel. Room was ready by the time I was done having lunch
* Rooms are nice and spacious
* Restaurant is nice

Bad:
* I asked the concierge to book a taxi for 6:20am and was advised to take some buffer as taxis are unreliable in Brussels. The whole point of me booking a taxi was to avoid gambling on a Uber being available. Taxi was there on time, but the hotel should be working with a reliable taxi partner.


- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Got drinks voucher that I could redeem for a glass of beer or wine at the bar. Got a second voucher for my second stay. Got some nice chocolate, see the pictures in the welcome gifts thread

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? I don't remember the price of the beer. I would return.
