I just received an email from AA with 'New Enhancements On AA.com' in the subject line.
Knowing what enhancements means on this board, my heart skipped a beat before I read the email an realised that these were real enhancements to AA.com not
enhancements to AAdvantage

For those that care, here's the text:
Dear
ajacpril,
At American Airlines, we are committed to finding new ways to save you time and money and to make your travel experience as convenient as possible. We have recently made some changes to AA.com that will make planning your travel easier than ever. With our new fare search tool, you will find even more low fare options to the places you really want to go. In addition, the following new features give you more choices while planning your travel.
Dates Flexible Search - Perfect if you have added flexibility in your travel plans. Tell us your destination and length of stay, then select a date range up to 31 days. We'll show you the best fares available to the destination of your choice. It's that easy.
Alternate Airport Options - You can now expand your travel search to include airports within a 90-mile radius of the city of your choice. With this feature, you're sure to get the best available fare in your area.
Seating Options - Before you book your flight, you can now view an aircraft seat map to show you which seats are available. This way you can be sure to book the lowest fare available and get the seat you want. You can also now book senior and infant-seat fares online.
To learn more about all the new enhancements, please visit AA.com.
We know why you fly - to spend time with your family, meet a new client, see new places, try new things. That's why we've added these enhancements to AA.com, so you can select the fare that is best for you and be on your way.
Have a wonderful holiday season and thank you for flying American Airlines.
Sincerely,
Dan Garton
