Regarding bags being left on the carousel, I’m in a wheelchair so I’m first on/last off. After deplaning, I usually stop at the AC/FL to use the lav and grab a beverage and banana and perhaps make a few calls if it’s during business hours. By the time I get to the carousel, my bag is long gone. So far, I’ve been lucky and it’s always been in the baggage office or in the holding area. I just show my claim check and they bring it out if it isn’t already there. Haven’t had an issue yet, thankfully.
