Glad I'm not the only one. Agent just got back to me and confirmed I wasn't the only one calling in about it (after talking to her supervisor). Apparently the supervisor said they were going to bring it up on 'their next call' - whatever and with whomever that is.
On my return Friday I'm already upgraded on one leg, not the other; guess I'll have another data point at that time.
What a pain.
p.s. Not 'glad' other people having same issues; just glad it isn't directly tied to my account for some reason
lol - agreed glad it isn't just me as well.
And very much a pain, more so as a PM because sometimes I make them (and me) go through all that to add me only to find I am #15 on the list. I usually start by saying that I realize this is an exercise in futility....
