We finally got our double tier points today for our holiday in May. After 60 days we used all the emails listed in this post, sent the same message from 2 different email accounts associated with our seperate BAEC accounts, as well as using the complaints procedure and got the usual 5000 avios fob off. Last email sent was on the 28th July. No idea which one managed to work but on the last one we sent we did say we knew of other people who had holidays after us had recieved thier points.
I wonder how long it will take to receive them on our next holiday as it is enough to take the other half to Gold for the first time. I miss out as my collection year resets during our trip but will still get enough to keep silver.
