Not showing on upgrade list after check-in
Second trip in a row this has happened. I'm diamond and this is for a 2-segment domestic flight.
When I book my tickets (always direct on app/website) I always have the 'request upgrade to first' checked.
Checked in this morning for trip tomorrow (August 3). On my first leg, I was already upgraded a few days out. On 2nd leg, while the app says 'upgrade requested' but I'm not on the list (either on app or website).
Not a big deal (right now) as it is a really short flight. And I'm already in C+.
Just worried that a) it happened last week and b) it will happen again in the future.
Has anyone else run in to this issue? I'm on w/ an agent now but they don't have any idea and I'm on hold while she tries to escalate.
