Good Morning, Good Evening All-
I have had Global Entry for about the last 10 years or so and my current GE expires at the end of October; I will renew before. I would say about 85% of my trips have been International, not sure if that matters.
I have always been given TSA Precheck on my trips / boarding passes, but for some reason, the last 2 trips I have been on (last 4 sectors to be exact) I have not had TSA Precheck on my boarding passes. The first issue was in JFK in Nov 2021 and I was traveling with my wife (who has also had Global Entry for about the last 10 years). We had landed from LHR into JFK and we about to get on our last sector within the USA. On that last sector, my wife's boarding pass had TSA Precheck on it, but mine did not. I noticed when we went to the TSA Precheck line together and I was turned away. I went back to the Delta Check in desk and showed them my Global Entry card and the Agent was able to reprint my boarding pass with TSA Precheck on it.
I flew again last week within the USA, again with my wife, and the same thing happened. I asked the Delta agent if she could reprint the ticket and she and her supervisor said that "that was not possible," even though I had a Delta agent do it the last time. They said I would have to take it up with "The Government."
I asked the TSA Agent once I got up in the security line and she said it was "Delta's responsibility."
I went back on my Delta profile and noticed that my Known Traveler number was showing in both the KT number section and the Redress Number, so I corrected that. I then called Delta and asked them if anything looked out of place on their and and they said it did not. I checked in for our flights home tomorrow and again my wife's boarding pass has TSA Precheck and mine does not.

Has anyone had this experience or have any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!
