I'm starting to think it's a problem with one of our accounts and not a website problem. I just had a chat with a Delta rep that was going very well, until the connection dropped, but I sent him a screen shot and he said the Save button is in a different place for me than it is for him (for me it appears in the upper right corner of the form; for him it's in the bottom left). We've tried 4 different computers, 2 phones, 3 different browsers, wifi, mobile data, and a VPN. Is there something about one of the SkyMiles accounts that could prevent this from working? There is *no error message* given; the web form appears to not work. We click Save and all data disappears from the form. The Delta rep logged into his account and acted like he was going to transfer miles to me and it worked properly.
