If that's the case, then it's even more inexplicable why AA makes SWUs so hard to use or why AA is acting like processing SWUs at 1:00 am yesterday would have broken the company.
Imagine waiting in line at a store for 10 hours with a product in your hand, only to be told "sorry, your coupon expired three minutes ago" when you finally get to the register.
