Like several others here, I am now at 75 days since the BA holiday and my tier point year ends on the 8th Aug. My tier points would get me to Gold ( for the first time) and I have tried the routes mentioned here, emails, web chat, and several phone calls.
I emailed these people with the information suggested in the Wiki. They quickly escalated the matter and in turn passed my eligibility / qualifying information to BAEC. The overdue tier points arrived a few days later, in time for my collection year end.
