My husband is trying to transfer some miles to me and the SkyMiles web form is not working. We can input all the information, but when you click "save" the page refreshes and everything disappears. We've done an online chat with Delta and called them; last night they told us to wait and try again today, and today they're just saying sorry, there's nothing we can do. They insist they can't transfer miles over the phone, you can only do it on the form, and they have no idea why the form isn't working. Does anyone know of another way to get this done, or a way to contact them other than the main phone number? Other advice?
