The only response I have had was a case number from BAEC last week to say that they are looking into it.

As time is very short I was thinking of going to a complaint, but I was hoping for some guidance from those who have successfully pursued the complaint route.

The website offers several complaint options, and none obviously maps to the double tier point offer issue.

The two most suitable that I have found are :
Booking and reservation - something else
Or
Avois & Exec club accounts - My Executive Club membership

Is is likely to make any difference which I choose? What would people recommend?

I found going to www.ba.com/yourquestions and filling in the email form to be the most useful.

It asks for all the flight and booking information but that seems to get deleted so you need to make sure all relevant info is in the body of the enquiry.
