Best complaint route?

Like several others here, I am now at 75 days since the BA holiday and my tier point year ends on the 8th Aug. My tier points would get me to Gold ( for the first time) and I have tried the routes mentioned here, emails, web chat, and several phone calls.

Maybe like another poster mentioned - I have been too polite.
The only response I have had was a case number from BAEC last week to say that they are looking into it.

As time is very short I was thinking of going to a complaint, but I was hoping for some guidance from those who have successfully pursued the complaint route.

The website offers several complaint options, and none obviously maps to the double tier point offer issue.

The two most suitable that I have found are :
Booking and reservation - something else
Or
Avois & Exec club accounts - My Executive Club membership

Is is likely to make any difference which I choose? What would people recommend?
