It’s a fact the MUC First Class arrival service was reinstated just weeks ago, however given the current mayhem at German airports, if they don’t have the Staff maybe it’s been suspended again…
You may have to walk in that case but it’s very easy at MUC, you will arrive non schengen, no security coming from USA, just follow the signs to H21 & there you will find the FCL & immigration is done inside the FCL.
This guy said the service is operating, just not for everyone… Only for people whose gates are far away. He said he deals only with first class passengers and he’s in a position to know.
Has anyone been picked up or dropped off lately from a gate that one would consider close to the club?
He also said there’s no way to officially link the PNRs, like there is for HONs. All he can do is put a notation in the remarks… But that doesn’t create any kind of automatic trigger. Maybe upon check-in at the the airport in BOS, Either at the ticket counter or at the Boston FCL, agents can send a direct message to Munich FCL staff. But if this service is not part of the program, it doesn’t seem to really matter.
