Your status did originally expire in 02/22? They only (used to) send out the new cards close to the original expiration date of the status before requalification.
They are still sending SEN & HON cards out, just delay for newly minted SEN….. a Young member of my Family can hardly sleep at night for want of Red baggage tags 😂
