I went to Santorini and Athens back in May when Europe lifted the restriction. I originally was thinking about this location, but it was not available at that time, but at the same time, my wife insisted on staying by Oia area (other end of the island) where supposedly has the "most beautiful sunset". From point redemption perspective, I have options to Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. As it turns out, Hyatt did offer the best option by Oia location. Please note that travel from south of the island to north by Oia area take some time by car (about 45 minutes).

After coming back, we realized Santorini has peak season from middle of May going all the way up to October so trying to find redemption may be challenging or else pay several hundred Euro per night and even upward toward thousand Euro.

The only thing this location is close to is the black sanded beach and just so that you know that most of the hotel rooms does include some sort of personal pool (jacuzzi tub or infinity pool).
