Eurowings has GDS SMART fares which are almost identical to SMART and are used for proper tickets bought from channels other than EW itself. Your ticket should fall under it.

There is no extra bag free for FF on EW. I would not expect them to honor SAS rule when not through checking.

EW used to give lounge access to UA *G, looks like that option is gone.
