Funny you mentioned the DTW-AMS & DTW-Asia rotation... I just witnessed it first hand. I was on DTW-HND flight two days ago and was quite confused by the PS menu in the seat pocket because it was nothing like Japanese... then I realized that it was a left-over menu from previous AMS-DTW flight, and the real DTW-HND menu (with Japanese choices) was placed on the seat.
