Adding Infant to Partner Award
I've done a search and either the thread is > 8 years old, or it is related to flights on United.
I have a Warsaw to Delhi flight, and the United Agent is asking me to call LOT Polish for ticketing an infant ticket.
Is this something that LOT should be managing or United, since United issued the partner award ticket? I have always had the ticketing carrier update the infant ticket, however, in this situation, they have repeatedly told me to contact LOT Polish instead. But LOT Polish is asking me to contact United because they are the ticketing carrier.
Any guidance on next steps? Who might be giving me poor advice? LOT or United?
