Going a little OT, but....
Does Springhill generally have the discounted rates for 30+ day stays? I know RI and TownPlace typically set it up where, on long term stays, you pay the same for 7 nights as you would for 4-5 nights at the regular rate. Makes it nice even if you are travelling home over the weekends... you don't spend any more money and you don't have to pack up and check in/out every week.
Of course, the nice thing about Springhill is 10 points / dollar. Bad thing is no real kitchen and no real dishes / silverware / cookware. I think I'd have a hard time doing a long term stay in a Springhill (or anywhere without something of a kitchen).
