He proactively added a F&B credit and said he'd evaluate the rest based on play. I ended up playing about 7 hours of blackjack at $250/hand average; he ended up comping about $1000 in food and beverage. When I was checking out, I called him and he met me for coffee; I gave him a thank you card with a small gift and asked if he had a chance to look at my play, and he said yes and that I was doing fine. (He confirmed that it was irrelevant that I had ended up winning a bit; he cared about my theo.) More importantly, he offered to make all the arrangements for me when I next go to Vegas (probably in a few weeks), which is great at Bellagio -- will ask to have lounge access, etc. I asked about how my play at other casinos was factored in and he confirmed that everything is separate in terms of theo, but if I have a substantial actual loss at a different property, then he can use that to justify greater comps for my next trip to National Harbor. All interesting info.

The Noir status remains very useful -- frankly the best perks at National Harbor are the close-in parking, the line-cutting at the cashier windows, and the trump-card access to primo dining tables. It definitely seems like there are way fewer Noirs now than previously.
curious if you had discussions around hyatt noir vs casino noir w/ the host. are hyatt noirs identified / treated differently in their view? i know everything always comes down to theo, but i would like to know how hosts view this or if aware of this partnership.
