Points to Miles 2K bonus miles promotion - Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is an Executive Club Member resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over and personally invited by BA to take part in the promotion. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Members.

2. To participate in this promotion Eligible Participants must convert the Hotel Points credited to the Eligible Participant's hotel loyalty scheme account, by one or more of the participating hotels, into BA Miles between 1 December 2004 and 31 January 2005 inclusive. Minimum conversion rates apply (see below).

3. Participating hotels/hotel loyalty schemes are: Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, Priority Club® Rewards, Radisson, Radisson SAS and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts®.

4. Members must call the telephone numbers quoted in the mailing to convert their Hotel Points. Minimum conversion rates are as follows:

Starwood Preferred Guest- 1 Starpoint redeemed for 1 BA Mile. Gold SPG members require minimum point transfer of 1,500 Starpoints. Preferred SPG members require minimum point transfer of 2,500 Starpoints. Platinum Preferred members have no minimum transfer level.
Hilton HHonors® - 10,000 Hilton HHonors® points for 1,000 BA Miles.
Marriott - 10,000 Marriott Reward ('MR') points for 2,000 BA Miles; 20,000 MR points for 5,000 BA Miles; 30,000 MR points for 10,000 BA Miles; 70,000 MR points for 25,000 BA Miles.
Priority Club® Rewards, - 10,000 Priority Club points for 2,500 miles.
Hyatt - 5,000 Gold Passport points for 2,000 BA Miles.
Gold Points by Rezidor SAS - 10,000 Gold Points for 1250 BA Miles; 20,000 Gold Points for 2,500 BA Miles; 50,000 Gold Points for 6,250 BA Miles. Gold Points can be exchanged into BA Miles in increments of 10K Gold Points.

5. When Eligible Participants have converted at least the minimum number of Hotel Points awarded by any of the participating hotels/hotel loyalty schemes they will qualify for 2,000 bonus BA Miles which will be credited approximately 6-8 weeks after the conversion. The 2,000 bonus BA Miles will be credited by BA. All BA Miles are issued subject to Executive Club Membership terms and conditions.

6. This promotion cannot to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. Bonus BA Miles are not transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered.
