The United lounge in T2 has scones, if you have access. In fact I struck up a conversation a few weeks ago with a fellow traveller who was flying from Bucharest to Boston via London and who was eating a scone in the lounge. She said it was her first time in London so she felt she should try them. We had a bit of a laugh about that and I said she should sometime visit London properly and have a full fancy afternoon tea, instead of judging them by her experience in the lounge.
