I've not seen one, but I would imagine you would find a good bunch out of London Gatwick.

You could argue Dublin (because a) Is Aer Lingus an LCC or not? and b) Is it really a competitor?) and Ryanair being the only competition if you took it on a city pair basis as opposed to airport basis.
